I just noticed my comments had been invaded by Spam Bots so I’ve tightened up the Comment section and see if that sorts it out otherwise I’ll have to get rid of it completely. 

I’ve found Wordpress to be great when you want to quickly stick a few rambling words up online but now that I want to get down and dirty with the design of the site it is proving to be a bit more of a headache.  I love the unsleepable theme that came bundled with it and all the little minor perks of using Wordpress and yet until I really get to understand the ins and outs of the code I wont be entirely happy.  The little hacks I’ve put in place so far are helping to tailor the site more to my liking so I’m not in a rush to delete everything and replace it with a static site just yet (although these idle thumbs might like the challenge of a php/mysql site of its own).

You’ll see small changes to this place over the coming days as I shape it up - As well as a host change lets hope the site doesn’t vanish completely in the process!
